Your professional roles can be challenging – there is no need to carry them alone.

Teaching and professional activity in art higher education carries with it not only inspiration and fulfilment, but also a long-term burden.

The combination of teaching, self-creation, mentoring students, and responsibility for the quality of the artistic and educational process can gradually lead to fatigue, mental overload, or doubts that we often don’t allow ourselves the space to process.

Psychological counseling at JAMU is a safe place to share and reflect on these topics – and to seek ways to care for oneself with an awareness of professional and personal responsibility.
