Counselling Centre of HF JAMU
Psychological and career counselling for students and teachers
The HF JAMU Counselling Centre is an independent structure within the Faculty of Music and is there for all students, teachers and staff who need support, a space to talk or are looking for direction in their personal or professional development.
Our aim is to create a safe, confidential and open environment where you can address study, work and personal issues.
In the event of non-compliance with the ethical principles, students and workers at the JAMU Faculty of Arts may contact their department, the peacemaker (see below) or the JAMU Faculty of Arts Ethics Board.
Psychological counselling
We help you to cope with challenging situations related to your studies, artistic activities and personal life.
You can contact us for example for:
- stage fright, stress or difficulty concentrating,
- problems in relationships or communication,
- anxiety, exhaustion or loss of motivation,
- the need for mediation or confidential discussion.
Counselling is confidential, discreet and respectful of your needs.
Career counselling
We support you in finding your own professional and artistic path.
We will help you:
- map strengths and professional interests,
- prepare a portfolio, CV or cover letter,
- orientation in the labour market and job opportunities,
- plan study and work opportunities at home and abroad.
Whether you’re thinking about what to do after school or looking for a way to develop your work, you ‘re not alone.
