We help you find your way in the art world

Studying, creating, taking exams, practicing, doing projects – plus the question many of you are asking, ” What will I do after school?”

Not sure how best to kick-start your artistic career? Are you confused about how to get a job after school, how to build a portfolio or ask for a fee? Maybe you know where you’re headed – but you don’t know how to get there.

Maybe you have an audition coming up, you’re considering an Erasmus trip, you’re thinking about your own project, or you simply don’t know what to expect after school.

Whether you’re in your first year or finishing your Master’s degree, you ‘re not alone.

Career counselling is here for you.

  • map your strengths and professional interests,
  • discuss the possibilities of applying in practice and in the artistic environment,
  • prepare a CV, portfolio or cover letter,
  • to help you find your way in the job market,
  • support you in planning study and work opportunities – at home and abroad.

  • I’m playing a festival in two weeks and they want a resume and a photo. Where to start?”
  • “I want to go to Erasmus, but I don’t know how to write a cover letter.”
  • “I’ve been offered to work with them, but I have no idea how much to ask for and what to look for in a contract.”
  • “Everyone around me has something – I still don’t know what I want to do. Teaching? Play? Compose?”
  • “I have an idea for my own project, but I don’t know how to sell it. How to present it to the world?”

If you have these or similar questions, please get in touch. A consultation isn’t a test – it’s a conversation where we work together to find a path that makes sense to you.

Room for direction, balance and sustainability in your profession

You are part of the academic world, but you are also actively creating. You teach, you prepare students, you lead projects, and you try to maintain your own artistic activity, performance and motivation.
And maybe sometimes there is no room for a question:

“What about me? Where is my next career path?”

  • Are you looking for a balance between teaching and your own creativity?
  • Are you looking to further your career or considering a change?
  • Wondering how to stay motivated when you are overloaded for a long time?
  • Do you want to set up your activities more sustainably – professionally and financially?
  • Need help with a presentation, portfolio, grant strategy or new project?

If you answer yes to any of these questions, career counselling is for you. Discreet, practical and without the expectation that you’ve got it all figured out.
