International internships and projects
Database of scholarships to different countries around the world
Art&Education – information portal focused on the field of art and education. It disseminates information on contemporary art exhibitions, publications, symposia and academic vacancies.
EAIE – European Association for International Education is a non-governmental organisation promoting and stimulating the international aspect of higher education in Europe through European and global mobility with more than 1,800 individual members. It helps in networking. Its website has a database of educational associations, networks, foundations and programmes, including a search facility for partners.
Youth participation activities – Under the Erasmus+ programme, students can take part in so-called Youth Participation Activities (YPAs), designed, among other things, to carry out projects such as theatre performances. An informal group of at least four young people aged between 13 and 30 can apply for this grant. The project can be both national and international and within the framework of this project students are entitled to a coach, which can be a teacher, director, etc.

DAGMAR AND VÁCLAVA HAVEL FOUNDATION – VISION 97 – scholarships for exceptionally talented students to study abroad
The Foundation of Joseph, Maria and Zdenka Hlávka’s Talents – for the promotion of science, culture and art. Within the framework of this programme, the Foundation also awards travel and residence grants abroad
OPEN SOCIETY FUND PRAGUE – Supplementary scholarships for study at universities in EU countries or outside Europe for Master’s or PhD students
Martina and Tomáš Krsko Foundation Fund – Scholarships for master’s studies at the world’s best universities for students mainly in engineering, natural sciences, economics, history and political science. Only students with Czech citizenship can receive the scholarship.
Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic
- The programme of providing grants for creative or study purposes (the so-called scholarship programme).
- The programme covers the professional arts – visual arts, architecture, design, applied arts, music, literature, theatre and dance.
- The support is intended for natural persons, in particular authors or performers, in the creation and production of works of authorship and artistic performances, but also for other professional workers in artistic and professional creation or in the acquisition of experience and basis for further artistic, scientific and other professional activities in the field of culture.
Institute of Arts – Theatre Institute (IDU)
- Several times a year the Institute of Arts announces exchange residencies for artists, scenographers, musicians, dancers, writers, etc. The residency programme consists in coordinating and arranging reciprocal stays of artists.
- The Institute cooperates with arts organisations abroad
- As part of its Go and see programme, IDU awards scholarships for short-term mobility abroad,
- The programme also includes creative residencies at the Egon Schiele Art Centre in Český Krumlov, which are aimed at the emerging generation of artists from the Czech Republic.
Czech Music Fund Foundation – The Foundation provides contributions to the costs of expanding professional knowledge abroad.
Czech Literary Fund Foundation – Through travel (and work) grants, it helps to establish new artistic and scientific projects.
Culture Moves Europe – the European Commission’s official programme to support individual mobility and residencies in the cultural industries in Europe

Central Europe
CEEPUS (Central European Exchange Programme for University Studies) – Central European Exchange University Programme for undergraduate students from the second semester onwards, postgraduate students and university teachers. It focuses on regional cooperation within university networks. Scholarships can be obtained within university networks or individually (as a freemover). The focus is primarily on activities within networks.

Foreign Visitors Programme – As part of the Foreign Visitors Programme, the Stichting Internationale Culturele Activiteiten (SICA) in the Netherlands offers art professionals, including journalists from abroad, the opportunity to cover part of the costs of visiting the Netherlands. For the visitors, the overall programme of the stay is arranged in cooperation with the specific artist or artist.

GERMANY
DAAD – study and research in Germany, DAAD support programs and scholarships
Copernicus Programme – The Fund provides study grants to enable students to study at universities in Germany. The scholarship is a ten-month stay, during the scholarship the scholarship holders are to work on a project with a Czech-German theme.
Tandem – The Coordination Centre for Czech-German Youth Exchanges supports young people, teachers and youth workers interested in contacts with a neighbouring country; stimulates exchange projects and assists interested institutions (schools, associations, youth initiatives or other organisations) in deepening and facilitating contacts.
The Goethe-Institut offers a Guest Programme for theatre professionals up to 40 years of age (directors, stage designers, choreographers and assistants); preference is given to applicants from Central and Eastern Europe. Stays in German theatres are usually three months, but can be longer. In the framework of the Visitors Programme, prominent cultural figures are invited to Germany to visit relevant German organisations for two to three weeks.
Deutsches Kulturforum östliches Europa – The German Cultural Forum of Central and Eastern Europe supports young artists through scholarships.

Czech-Polish Forum – Support for projects submitted by NGOs and other entities (e.g. schools) in the field of Czech-Polish cooperation. Calls are announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic.
