Audiovisual studio

The Audiovisual Studio (AVS) supports teaching and records the concert activities of the Faculty of Music. It uses modern technology to archive performances by students and student ensembles in traditional and less traditional settings.

From an overhead separate from the recording space, he records concert and teaching projects in the auditorium, chamber, organ and vaulted halls, and other faculty spaces. Offers editing, mixing and mastering of recordings for studio and non-commercial use (thesis oppositions, competition slides, auditions).

Mobile recording systems also enable professional recording of concerts in concert halls outside the JAMU buildings (Besední dům, St. Peter and Paul Cathedral) with the possibility of external lighting of the space.

• sound and lighting of academic and ceremonial events (matriculation, graduation, conferences), theatre and music and promotional events in public space.

The AVS studio automatically makes audio recordings of alumni concerts for archiving. These recordings can be made available upon student request. You can requestby email, please include in the message:
