Winter semester: 22 September 2025 – 6 February 2026
Summer semester: 9 February 2026 – 30 June 2026

The deadline for Erasmus+ applications for the following academic year is 30 April.

By this date it must be:

  • the student is officially nominated by his/her home institution (by email from the International Coordinator),
  • online application.

Applications from students who have not been properly nominated by their school will not be accepted.

The application must be submitted through the ISOIS online system.

The following documents must be attached to the online application:

  • cover letter
  • structured curriculum vitae (CV)
  • portfolio
  • proof of English language proficiency
  • any other documents (e.g. letter of recommendation)

Once all applications have been received, the selection committee will decide on admission.

The application process may also include a short online interview (video interview).

Applicants will be informed of the outcome of the admission procedure by 31 May at the latest,
, by:

  • via the online application form (notification of acceptance/non-acceptance),
  • by e-mail.

Applicants are requested to provide a correct email address in the online application form.

Applications from students from non-EU/EEA/Switzerland cannot be accepted after the application deadline due to the long processing time for a long-term visa to the Czech Republic.
After receiving the original documents (acceptance letter and accommodation confirmation), you must immediately apply for a long-term visa at the Embassy or Consulate of the Czech Republic in your home country.

The legal deadline for processing a long-term visa is up to 90 days.
We strongly recommend contacting the relevant Czech embassy as soon as possible to check the current requirements for student visas. A valid student visa is a prerequisite for entering the Czech Republic and starting your studies at JAMU.

Admitted students from countries outside the EU/EEA/Switzerland are required to send a copy of their Czech long-term visa no later than 31 August.
