Art Research Laboratory

The Art Research Laboratory is an event that opens up contemporary art research both to the academy and to the wider public.

Its aim is to give an insight into what our PhD students are currently engaged in – through presentations of their research projects in an open, understandable and communicable form that goes beyond the purely academic and creates a space for sharing, discussion and meeting across disciplines.

The lab also helps to better understand what artistic research means, what forms it takes and how it is produced.

The event is intended for JAMU students and teachers, professional and wider artistic public and all those interested in contemporary forms of artistic research.
