BIP

The Combined Intensive Programme (CIP) is an Erasmus+ (KA1) international cooperation format that combines:

  • short-term physical mobility (5-30 days),
  • a mandatory virtual component (online collaboration before or after the physical part).

BIP facilitates intensive international cooperation between universities, supports innovative teaching formats and engages students and teachers in project-oriented international learning.

The programme should deliver on the key priorities of Erasmus+:

  • Inclusion,
  • digitalization,
  • Sustainability,
  • civic engagement.

The BIP may take the form of a workshop, masterclass, summer/winter school, project laboratory or other combined educational format.

HF JAMU as organizer

  • Coordinate (design content, partners, organisation and finances),
  • to attend another organised by a foreign institution.

  • Proposes the content of the programme,
  • secures foreign partners,
  • organizes the physical part,
  • is responsible for the financial management of the project,
  • handles the administration and final accounts.

Within 14 days after the end of
submission of the accounts and final documentation (all accounting documents, attendance sheets – signed for each day by all participants, final report – written in English, form available here, PR materials – photos, video.

Funding is based on the number of international participants:

  • EUR 400 per participant,
  • max. 10-20 people funded,
  • calls for the number of participants vary!

Of the total amount:

  • 90 % department / study programme,
  • 10% faculty (overhead).

Can be paid for e.g.:

  • materials and aids,
  • rentals,
  • remuneration for lecturers,
  • interpreting,
  • refreshments,
  • PR,
  • Excursions.

All expenses must be supported by accounting documents in CZK.
