Step by step procedure

The application for study is submitted exclusively electronically via the JAMU Information System (IS JAMU).

• To access the application form, please visit:
  https://is.jamu.cz/prihlaska/

• If you don’t have an account yet, the system will prompt you to create one.

In the electronic application you must:

• choose the type of study (bachelor / postgraduate / doctoral),

• choose a study programme and specialisation,

• fill in your personal and contact details,

• indicate your educational qualifications.

The application form also includes the uploading of mandatory attachments, the extent of which varies according to the chosen field (e.g. documents of education, structured CV, repertoire, recordings of performances, etc.). The exact requirements are specified for each study programme.

After completing and submitting the application form, the admission fee must be paid.

• Payment is made online directly in the JAMU IS (most often by credit card).

• The fee is non-refundable.

• Without payment of the fee, the application will not be included in the admission procedure.

The application must be submitted no later than the closing date set annually by the Dean of the Faculty.

• Dates may vary according to the type of study and field of study.

• Current dates are always published on the JAMU HF website in the Admissions section.

Once you have completed the formalities, you will be invited to take the entrance (talent) tests.

• The dates and form of the examinations are determined according to the individual disciplines.

• Information about the exact date, location and requirements will be sent to you via IS JAMU.

The results of the admission procedure are published in the JAMU IS.

• Accepted applicants will receive further instructions for enrolment.

• Unsuccessful candidates have the opportunity to consult the evaluation in accordance with the applicable regulations.
