Erasmus+ information for students
Anyone can join the Erasmus+ programme if they meet the following conditions:
- is a student enrolled in an accredited higher education programme leading to a degree or diploma (including a PhD) in one of the programme countries,
- is a citizen of one of the programme countries (or has official refugee, stateless or permanent resident status),
- has completed at least the first year of higher education.
If you meet the above conditions, please contact:
- the international department of your academy/faculty,
- or your home university’s Erasmus office.
These offices will provide information on:
- countries involved,
- partner universities,
- available faculties and disciplines,
- the number of places and the conditions of the selection procedure.
You can study at selected partner universities in one of approximately 34+ programme countries. The number of places and grants is limited and allocated on the basis of a selection procedure organised by the home university.
Under the Erasmus+ programme, you can go:

2 – 12 months (long-term stay),
- 5 – 30 days (short stay).
Students usually graduate:

winter term,
-
summer semester,
-
the entire academic year.
Academic calendars may vary from country to country.

- 30. 4. – for the entire academic year or the winter (fall) semester,
- 15. 11. – for the summer (spring) semester.
Applicants will be informed of the outcome of the admission procedure within 6 weeks of submitting their application.
The Erasmus+ application for the 2026/2027 academic year must be submitted through the new ISOIS mobility management system.
Applicants must complete the online application form and upload the following documents in ISOIS:
- cover letter,
- CV in English,
- Transcript of Records,
- audio/video recording – ideally in the form of a link,
- 2-3 pieces of music from different stylistic periods,
- Approximate length: 15-30 minutes,
- Composition students include several of their own compositions,
- if the recordings are available online, please provide a link.
ISOIS is linked to the EWP (Erasmus without Papers) Dashboard.
An application can only be submitted if an online Inter-Institutional Agreement (IIA) has already been duly concluded between the institutions.
If the IIA has not yet been concluded or your institution is not part of the Erasmus+ programme, please contact your International Department.
