Účast na mobilitě bývá podpořena finančním příspěvkem ve formě stipendia. Výše příspěvku se odvíjí od cílové země a řídí se pravidly stanovenými Evropskou unií pro danou výzvu, ve které se mobilita realizuje. Poskytování stipendia se zároveň řídí vnitřními pravidly JAMU.
